tail -f  查看文件末尾，就和 linux 下一样。
usage: TAIL *
   switches: [-?] display this message
             [-n] display last n lines of each file (default 10)
             [-f filename] keep checking filename for new lines
Windows XP ，Windows 2003 都可用。
